Frequently asked questions
Can I sign a power of attorney in the country where I live?
Yes. It can be signed before a local notary (and then receive an Apostille) or before the Greek consular authority. We recommend the most practical option for your case.
Does a power of attorney from abroad need a translation?
If it is not drafted in Greek, a certified translation is required for use in Greece. A bilingual power of attorney often simplifies the process.
