Certified true copies
When an institution asks for a “certified true copy”, a simple photocopy will not do. We provide copies that are accepted in Greece and abroad.
Many banks, universities, company registries and immigration offices abroad do not accept simple photocopies and ask for a certified true copy of the original. We arrange notarised certified copies of passports, diplomas, certificates and company documents.
Please note: for use abroad, a copy certified by a Greek citizen service centre (KEP) or police station is often not sufficient. Many institutions require a notarial certification, on which an Apostille can then be placed. We tell you from the start which form you need.
If the copy must be accompanied by a translation or an Apostille, we handle everything together so that you receive a complete file.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a KEP certification and a notarial one?
Both confirm that the copy matches the original. For use abroad, however, institutions usually require a notarial certification, on which an Apostille can also be placed.
Do I need to be present?
The original must be presented for the copy to be certified. If you are not in Greece, we propose the best solution — for example certification in the country where you are, through our network.
